Divided into four categories, the 28 magnificent suites are all equipped with a ceiling fan and air conditioning.  The Garden View Junior Suites have the benefit of a glamorous adjoining area.  Garden View Senior Suites feature a splendid separate living room for added space and comfort.  DVD/CD player, direct dial telephone, voice mail system, tea and coffee facilities, satellite television with movie channels, and a terrace complete with table and chairs, are all standard fare in both the Junior and Senior Garden View Suites.  The Senior suites also feature sun-beds for your pleasure.  Internet access is also available and is complimentary at your request.  Both of these outstanding suites provide incomparable luxury for families. 

The Colonial Suites
Furnished in regal colonial style complete with a posh four-poster bed, the Colonial Ocean View and Colonial Ocean Front Suites have unrivaled sophistication.  Each suite enjoys a DVD/CD player, direct dial telephone, voice mail, satellite television with movie channels, a mini bar, tea and coffee facilities and a modern computer with free access to the Internet.  Transport yourself back into a bygone era in these majestic suites.
Both the Colonial Ocean View and Colonial Ocean Front Suites have an airy terrace outfitted with sun-beds, tables and wooden chairs.  For stunning views of the Indian Ocean, the Colonial Ocean Front Suite is the place to be.

Spacious marble bathrooms with separate bathtub and shower cabins, hairdryers, expansive wardrobe, and electronic safe are all standard amenities of the Suites.  A second bathroom and additional toilet and shower are offered in the Colonial Ocean Front Suites.

KIDS CLUB

For endless fun and adventure, the youngest guests of the Residence will be able to enjoy the unique 400 square meter Planters Kids Club.  Open from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., this former sugar cane-plantation mansion has been transformed into a place of wonderment for children aged three to twelve.  Nestled in a beautiful tropical park, the complimentary Club has thrilling playgrounds and beautiful flourishing gardens, all with great activities supervised by caring professionals.  Treasure hunts, sports competitions, body painting, the Internet, hikes, picnics, pony rides, theme days, and snorkeling classes are just some of the amusements available.  Another great endeavor of the Planters Kids Club is evening entertainment centered around the mystical realm of fairy tales and stories, and includes fashion shows, plays, activities and films. 

To the satisfaction of even the most pick of eaters, sumptuous buffet lunches and dinners are served under a flowing tropical canopy in the gardens, or available inside (a charge will apply).  Kids also have the option to make their own pizza in small baking ovens, which is a popular mealtime activity at the Planters Kids Club. 

The Dining Room

The Hotel’s main restaurant of the hotel offers local produce from the island and incorporates it into creative and authentic culinary delights, with something to suit every taste. 
Enjoy freshly squeezed fruit juice, and a succulent breakfast of both local specialties and Western fare.  As evening draws near, the menu transforms to a la carte selections, with fragrant spices of Mauritius blended into diverse gastronomic selections from around the globe. 

The Verandah

(Open from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm)
A light menu served poolside by the Indian Ocean adds to the ambience of the tropics.  Enjoy a wholesome toasted sandwich, generous salads made from the freshest Mauritian produce, oven cooked pizzas, and ice creams made the old-fashioned way – by hand.  

The Plantation

(Open from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm and from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm)
Creole cuisine and the freshest seafood from the best catches of the day are offered in a stunning oceanfront setting at the Plantation.  Choose from succulent shellfish and fish for lunch or dinner while you are entertained by live Sega performances and local entertainment.  The Plantation is a favorite not only of hotel guests, but of the locals as well. 

The Gourmet Kiosque

(Open from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm)
The Gourmet Kiosque caters to your sweet tooth right by the pool.  Delicious pancakes, waffles and other sweet snacks are served fresh for your pleasure.  Or choose an ice cold treat from ice creams available in many varieties.  

The Bar

(Open from 10:30 am to midnight)
Discreet and delicate lighting, comfortable sofas and plump, sumptuous armchairs are signature furnishing at the Residence’s bar, open all day long and located in the central area of the hotel.  Whether you come by for an evening cocktail, traditional high tea or a late breakfast, the bar is the perfect place to relax.  Live musical entertainment is offered until midnight each night, so get ready for some fun!
