Offering 265 rooms that face out unto the brilliant lagoon, the Indian Resort Hotel Mauritius provides posh accommodation to suit every taste.  

Superior Room Sea View (42 M2) – 160
Each lavishly appointed Superior Room Sea View is equipped with a terrace or balcony.  Decorated with a tropical ambience, some of these rooms have king-size beds while others feature two twin beds, with the option of adding an additional bed if needed.  

Privilege Rooms (42 M2) – 80
The comfortable Privilege Rooms each have a private terrace or balcony.  Drawing inspiration from the maritime atmosphere, the Privilege Rooms have either a king size bed or two twin beds.  An additional bed is available for these rooms if requested. 

Junior Suites (48 M2) – 22
The Junior Suites are actually two beautiful rooms that are adjoined by a door.  The first floor Suites feature an airy balcony and are outfitted with all modern comforts. These beautiful Suites are the perfect size for families and can accommodate 2 adults and three children up to 17 years of age. 

Suites (100 M2) - 3
The second floor Suites have a huge balcony and each features unique décor – either Indienne, Moderne, or Ludique.  Well equipped with a sitting room, dining room, sleeping area, bathroom, dressing room, and separate toilets.

The hotel offers 4 rooms that are easily accessible by ramps on the ground floor for guests with handicaps or reduced mobility.  These room feature ease of accessibility to the hotel’s central parts. 

The Balneotherapy Centre
The hotel’s spa is a huge facility (2800 M2) that is devoted to well-being and good health. 
The spa’s exclusive open air pool is a beloved attraction of guests.  An expert team is on staff to provide a diverse regimen of custom tailored treatments that are of Chinese and Indian origin. 

The Hydrotherapy Pool
The vast open air pool (380 M2) is home to hydrotherapy sessions where guests alternate between one boiling bath, springs, taps, whirlpool, and more.  Each segment provides a unique massages to various body zones. 
Private cabins inside the centre afford 18 assorted massages with the goal of ensuring complete relaxation and serenity.  Barefoot practitioners go to great lengths to avoid disturbing guests as they are pampered.  Scented candles and soothing music provide an atmosphere that beckons guests to unwind and leave the stress of the world behind.

Chromatherapy
Drawing insight from energetic Chinese medicine, chromatherapy uses the law of the Yin and Yang as well as the five traditional Chinese elements – water, metal, earth, wood, and fire – combined with each element’s colors – violet, blue, yellow, red, and green.  This combination of contemporary technology coupled with ancient tradition provides the ultimate calming atmosphere.
With succulent signature products such as phytobiodermie (translated, this means ‘the action of the plants on the skin), and encompasses treatements for the body, face, and hair.  Made in Switzerland, these products are comprised of premiere ingredients like essential oils, planktons,clay,algae, and vegetables. 
Prior to receiving these luscious body treatments, guests are first tested to discover the reflex zones of the body and face, and to determine the energetic biorhythm and morphology of each person.  The treatment recommended is based on these diagnostic tests, and utilizes the five energetic elements of traditional Chinese medicine.

3 magnificent pools, 1 soothing hydrotherapy pool for the guests at Dolphin Spa, 3 modern floodlit tennis courts, 1 polyvalent tennis court, fitness room, volley ball court, bowling area, and badminton court – all well-maintained for guest’s pleasure.

Le Club Mistral: Kite Surf
The Club Mistral International is an exclusive kite surf school which blends windsurfing with traditional surfing.  Because the Indian Resort is located in the island’s best spot for gliding and sliding spots due to its proximity to the One Eye Spot, it was singled out to host this exceptional kite surf school.  With top notch professionals and the best equipment available, beginners to the sport will learn from the well-trained and experienced professionals who have an innate understanding of the ocean.  Equipment rental and training are billed separately for your convenience.

Sport Lessons Available at Additional Cost
Master a variety of sports, including tennis, kite surfing, laser, PADI and CMAS diving, and sailboard, during your stay at the Indian Resort.  These are available at additional fee.

The Mini Club
With a whimsical African village theme, the 2500 M2 kid’s club will have kids shouting for joy all summer long.  A pool, cabins, and themed games, all under a watchful, supervising eye of caring attendants, are available for children 3-12 years of age and is free.  Open 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The hotel also features two shops for your pleasure.  Open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., these shops sell souvenirs, postal cards, stamps, tee shirts, local artifacts, school products, and beach wear. 

La Pointe du Morne
The hotel’s main restaurant, La Pointe du Morne, features succulent and enticing buffets for both breakfast and dinner.  Open daily from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., a smart casual dress code is adhered to at this fine eating establishment.

Le Bio
The spa’s restaurant, Le Bio, features an ocean-facing ambience and caters light cuisine for spa guests.  Open daily (except Sunday) from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Reservations are suggested. 

La Plage
With relaxed beachside dining right on the sand, La Plage offers a grilled menu and demonstrative cooking specialties. Open from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and featuring a snack menu around the pool until 5:00 p.m.  Reservations are suggested.

L’Haseena
The hotel’s gastronomic restaurant features the flavors of northern India, with opulent décor and authentic cuisine.  Open evenings from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Smart casual dress, please, with reservations suggested.

Eden
With the romantic setting of the lagoon as a backdrop, the Eden restaurant is perfect for couples.  European and Asian cuisine come to a perfect compromise here.  Open evenings from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Smart casual dress, please, with reservations highly recommended.

Darukhanna
The hotel’s main bar, Darukhanna, serves cocktails under a quaint thatched roof.  Open daily from 9:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., serving light sandwiches and salads from 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Victoria Bar
You’ll think you’ve stepped into an English pub at the Victoria Bar.  With tables for billiards, darts and video games, there are a vast variety of beers and spirits available at the Victoria.  Open from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Kite Bar
The Kite Bar is appropriately located next to the nautical center, and is the hot spot for surfers of all kinds.  This ocean facing bar serves light drinks, juices and cocktails from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.  Also serving sandwiches and salads from 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Prefer to sip your frosty drink on the beach? The “beach boys” serve your favorites up from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and also serve light lunches from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
