Deluxe Rooms
Equipped with every contemporary comfort, furnished with elegance and style, the Deluxe rooms are both bright and welcoming.  Enjoy the view from the breezy terrace.  With décor in the tones of sand to accompany the Mauritian and Asian style, these rooms offer the ultimate in full relaxation.  Disabled guests will enjoy access as well, with full modern amenities.  

Junior Suites
Tastefully furnished and fully outfitted with modern facilities, the Junior Suites and the Corner Suites provide elegant lodging and posh comfort.
Junior Suites (61 square metres) and Corner Suites (74 square metres) feature a luxurious bedroom, bathroom, comfortable sitting area, and a balcony/terrace. The décor combines Mauritian and Asian themes to add to the ambience of the tropics. 

Suites
With a bedroom, bathroom, separate living room and a balcony/terrace, the Senior Suites and Deluxe Suites offer comfort and elegance.  Equipped for every modern need, these Suites measure 105 and 92 meters, respectively.  These spacious and airy Suites are decorated in serene beige and sand in modern Asian style with Mauritian accents.  Each affords a bedroom, bathroom, balcony/terrace, and separate living room.

Presidential Suite
The regal Presidential Suite (spacious 208 square metres) has a warm yet majestic environment for total relaxation and serenity.  With hues of sand accentuating the wooden tones of the Suite’s furnishings, Mauritian and Asian décor adds a charming atmosphere.  The Presidential Suite is equipped with two bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms. The main bath has a luxurious bubble pool for soothing soaks.

SPA
With a reputation as one of the finest spas in the region, the serene atmosphere at the Spa affords the opportunity to let yourself be pampered!  Spoil your body and spirit with luxurious facial and body treatments, administered by highly trained staff.  With a sauna, steam room, Vichy showers, relaxation area, hair and beauty studio, fitness room, and hydrotherapy bath, the Spa will leave you feeling positively radiant.  A separate area (Allamanda) is available for private treatments for couples.

The Boathouse
Windsurfing, water skiing, sailing, pedalcrafts, boat trips, and kayaking are all on site for your tropical adventure at the Boathouse.  Or enjoy off site fun with big game fishing and catamaran cruises, Dolphin trips, glass-bottom boats, and the diving center.  With professionals there to ensure you have the time of your life, you are sure to make some memories that will last a lifetime!

Beach
Mark Twain gave a description of this island as “the original Paradise that inspired the Creation” and he was so accurate!  The sparkling white sands of the beach in this area are considered to be the one of the most beautiful spots on the island, and it is right next to the Hilton!

Swimming pool
Designed as a leisure lagoon, the landscaped swimming pool is unequaled in Mauritius, if anywhere.  Landscaped with a series of stunning waterfalls and rocks, the pool has loudspeakers underwater that play a variety of classical music or dolphin songs.  The tiles in the pool change reflection with the color of the sky and as darkness falls, mood lighting in the pool adds to the tropical atmosphere.  

Mini putting green
An on-site 9-hole mini putting green gives players a place to work on their game.  Golfers also have the option to play at other exclusive private clubs near the resort.

Tennis Court
Three modern floodlit tennis courts are available for guest’s pleasure.  Tennis professionals are also available for private lessons.

Kids Club
Kids are very important people at the Hotel and therefore receive V.I.P. treatment!  A separate program of fun and exciting activities is tailor made for younger guests.  Children 4 to 12 years old can participate in games, discovery activities, and water sports, all aimed at combining fun with learning.  With downsized bathrooms and smaller furniture, children will feel like they are in their own little tropical oasis.  Naptime is a luxury in  the specially designed “Journey to the Bottom of the Sea” room.  Open until 10:00 p.m. during peak season.  Baby-sitting for smaller children available by prior arrangement by caring and trained babysitters.

Serving succulent Thai cuisine in an elegant environment, Ginger Thai will leave you breathless.  Authentic dishes made by a Thai native.  The décor takes you away to another world with art from Thailand suspended from the ceilings. 

La Pomme d'Amour
Whether you’re craving an international favorite dish or want to sample the local fare, La Pomme d’Amour offers sumptuous buffet breakfasts and sophisticated dinner choices.  Serving as the Hotel’s main dining facility, the restaurant offers theme evenings for your entertaining pleasure.

Les Coquillages
Everything is better on the beach! From salads to sandwiches, pizza, light snacks and grilled steaks, Les Coquillages offers an informal eating environment.  Located on the beach with a view of the brilliant lagoon, lunch is served daily here.  Food is served under quaint little huts with your feet in the sand, transporting you to a place where relaxation is everything! (No shoes, no shirt, no problem at Les Coquillages).

For the fresh catch of the day, head on over to Melanzane by Goumard.  Specializing in French gastronomic cuisine, and just perfect for romantic dinners, this elegant fine-dining establishment is a must for lovers!  The Hilton Mauritius Resort and Spa partners with mythical Michelin-starred Goumard fish and shellfish restaurant in Paris, France, to offer sumptuous epicurean cuisine to patrons.
