The posh suites of Le Prince Maurice are spread out all over the island – standing majestically on stilts, facing the sea surrounded by lush tropical flora, or upon the sparkling white sand.     

76 JUNIOR SUITES (70 M2)
The magnificent Junior Suites are built with a maximum of 8 suites per building with an authentic thatched roof, with 8 sitting on stilts on a natural fish reserve (sorry, no swimming is allowed here), and 10 beachfront/ground floor suites.  Junior Suites with interleading corridors are available, and each beautiful Suite features a plush sitting area inside and a balcony/terrace, and a bath with separate shower, bath, and wc, with double vanities. 

12 SENIOR SUITES (130 M2)
Designed as individual villas, the 12 Senior Suites are on ground level and feature direct access to the beach and a private swimming pool. Three of the Senior Suites rest atop stilts and are bordered by a natural fish reserve for your viewing pleasure.  All of these glamorous Suites are equipped with an outdoor soaking bath, terrace, living room/dining/sitting area, adjacent shower ad wc, and huge walk-in closet. 

PRINCELY SUITE (350 M2)
The regal Princely Suite is fit for royalty! Comprised of one Senior Suite and two Junior Suites, the Princely Suite features inside patio/garden, guest bathroom, dining/terrace area, two swimming pools, and mini kitchen for use by the staff.  Three beautiful terraces on the Princely Suite face offer different views of the lagoon. The Suite sits right on the beach on a private section of the hotel grounds, for unsurpassed privacy and serenity. 

FACILITIES
Providing guests an atmosphere of refined sophistication and ultimate relaxation, the entire grounds blend into the natural environment.  Making formal use of thatch, stone and wood, the hotel exudes a charming ambience that will ease your spirit and enliven your senses.  Each Suite is well-equipped with television with internal DVD channels, stereo, compact disc/cassette player, hair dryer, telephone, answering machine, outgoing fax, and individual safe.  With inspiration drawn from the Spice Route theme, the Suites are outfitted with massive, elegant furnishings.

GOLFS 
Complimentary green fees in this paradise for golfers.  Enjoy complimentary shuttle service daily between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. from the hotel to the courses and back again.  Guests of Le Prince Maurice have access to both The Legend and The Links, both 18-hole championship courses.  Golf buggy may be hired if desired.  
Both the Legend and the Links are international standard championship courses.  With challenging 18-holes, both amateurs and professionals can work on their game.  Conceived to host international golf games, both courses are recognized by the PGA.  

THE LEGEND
International South African champion Hugh Baiocchi designed the Legend, which was the first of its kind on Mauritius island.  With unsurpassed fairways running through the breast of an indigenous forest, the Legend has distinct characteristics for a great game on brand new greens.  Built to USGA specifications, this course is sure to delight. 
Tif Dwarf grasses on all 18 greens provide the perfect surface.  The natural beauty of the course has been carefully enhanced on this former deer breeding site.  Test your agility on the 17th hole (par 3), a challenging part of the course.

THE LINKS
The Links opened in 2002 as a result of the overwhelming popularity of the Legend course.  The 18-hole Links plays host to competitions including the Mauritius Open.  The course measures 5,942 m and has a par of 71.  Located beneath the club house, the Links faces the beautiful Mauritian sunset.  A practice fairway is provided for golfer’s wishing to warm up before the match. 

LEISURE
A vast variety of both water and land sports, as well as other recreational activities are standard fare at the hotel.

Kids Club LES PETITS PRINCES
Children between the ages of four and twelve will find plenty of fun to be had at Les Petits Princes, club for kids.  Featuring a private pool, dining area and game room, outdoor and indoor activities are held daily under qualified supervision.  Children’s menus and baby sitting services (at additional cost) are available upon request. Open from 09:00 to 21:00. 

RESTAURANTS

The selection of succulent international cuisine and Mauritian favorites are found in abundance at Le Prince Maurice.  

L'ARCHIPEL
Overlooking the beach and the pool, L’Archipel Restaurant is located in the main building.  Offering three distinct areas to meet your dining party needs, including very romantic or affresco.  Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, L’Archipel features spicy and light gourmet delicacies served a la carte. 
Le BARACHOIS
Getting to the entrance of Le Barachois is an adventure in itself!  Located within a stand of mangrove trees, you must walk a gangplank to access this brilliantly-designed eatery.  Offering up grills, Mauritian native fare, and fresh seafood from the Indian Ocean, this floating restaurant is open for lunch with daily specials.

BARS

LOUNGE BAR
For a relaxing drink after dinner, the homey and intimate ambience of the Lounge Bar will leave you feeling like you’ve stepped into a personal oasis.  Try the signature “Splendour of the Prince” cocktail for a true tropical feeling.

LAGUNA BAR
Breathtaking views of the lagoon and pool are the backdrop for the Laguna bar, where special drinks and light snacks can be enjoyed during the day.
