| Ambre Hotel has 298 rooms, which are distributed under 4 categories spread over three floors. All the rooms have a wide glass opening and are colorfully decorated in Creole style with comfortable furniture’s. 140 Superior (Superior Garden view: 30sqm) (Superior Sea view: 38sqm)
Of the 140 rooms, 74 of them are provided with a balcony or a terrace with a garden. Some can be converted into communicating rooms. Situated on the 1st and the 2nd floor the remaining 66 rooms have a view over the sea. All the Superior rooms are equipped with a bathtub and a hair dryer and have a separate WC. The rooms contain king size bed of 2 X 2 m or two twin bed of 1 x 2 m 112 Privilege Sea view (42sqm)
All the Privilege rooms have either a balcony or a terrace with a garden. Some of the rooms can be converted into communicating family rooms. These communicating family rooms have separate bathrooms with bathtubs and hair dryer. WC is separate as well. Recently constructed, these suites can accommodate a max 2 parents with 2 children. Each suite has two communicating rooms, which are equipped with two independent bathrooms with a hair dryer and two separate WC. They have a “ king size ” bed of 2x2m in the parents’ room and two twin beds of 1x2mt in the children’s room.They also either have a balcony or a terrace with a garden. | |

All the suites have either a balcony or a terrace with a garden. The sleeping area is separated from the sitting area so that an extra bed for a child of age less than 12 years can be added on request. These rooms are equipped with television set, minibar, safe, two telephones with direct phone lines. Bathroom is equipped with shower and bathtub. They have a separate WC as well. All the suites have a king size bed of 2X2 m while the executive suites have additional two twin beds of 1x2 m. Chromatherapy is based on the Chinese practice, which considers the human body as a physical and energy form. The principle behind the therapy lies on the law of the Yin and Yang and the five elements of the Chinese tradition. The elements which is Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water is each associate with a colour green, red, yellow, blue, and violet respectively. Combining the ancient Chinese practice with the latest technology the Spa comes up with range of products known as “phytobiodermie” (literally meaning “the action of the plants on the skin ”) for providing treatments for face, hair and body. These products are made from top quality natural products like clay, algae, planktons, vegetables, oligo-elements and essential oils in Switzerland. All the treatments are preceded by diagnostic test to find the reflex zones of the face and body, the morphology and energetic biorhythm of each individual. The Kid’s club “Ti Lou”
The kids club in the hotel provides entertainment for kids between the age 3 to 12 years 9:00 to 22:00 everyday in a Mauritian house. L’Etoile des Indes is the main restaurant among the four. They offer international buffet for breakfast and Dinner with Mauritian, Indian, Chinese, Creole, Oriental and European corners .It can accommodate as much as 280 people and can be partially reserved exclusively for groups of 40 to 125 people. Le Sirné
Le Sirné was named after a ship of Alphonse Albuquerque, which was the first European ship to come to Mauritius in 1507. The bar overlooks the swimming pool and the dance floor. It is open every day from 9:00 to midnight. Sandwiches and fast food are available from midday to 17:00 and crepes from 15:00 to 17:30.
